The Whole Being Collective approach emphasizes wellness that hinges on 3 foundational areas. Whole food nutrition and lifestyle considerations are elements that one expects from a wellness practitioner. The third area of focus is spiritual connection, in which the other areas are rooted. God has designed our bodies, therefore to dismiss our soul’s need for attention and growth, denies us of complete transformation. There is tremendous value in taking an integrative approach because we were designed as integrative beings.
