While every coaching relationship looks slightly different, Whole Being Collective uses a framework based on your bio-individual data to formulate a plan that honors your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals.

Initial Onboarding
We’ll start by getting to know one another and understanding what support you’re looking for. You will be required to submit relevant information about your current health and lifestyle habits. We will use this data to understand your needs, concerns and health history.

Assessment
This is the data analyzation stage. Using the paperwork you submitted as well as insights from our initial onboarding, I will assess and annotate your data, looking for ‘root cause’ evidence based on your concerns and needs. This will be the data that informs and formulates what your support needs are.

Recommendation
The recommendation (protocol) provides specific detail on nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management and lifestyle modifications. My goal is to give you a protocol that addresses your concerns and goals, but it is flexible and dependent on your comfort level and pace of working.

Protocol Maintenance
This phase is where we begin to work the plan. With my guidance, you will embark on changes necessary to meet your goals. We will meet every two weeks for a formal check in, but I will be available daily for support via text or email.

Twice-monthly, 45-minute sessions
Grocery shopping guide + 3 recipes based on personal nutrition plan
