Hey, I’m Dana!
I’m so honored that you’re here. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who loves a good hike with her pup, is obsessed with soup (yes, even on hot days) and treasures a great glass of wine. Above all, Christ is my king and I am constantly following His leading for my life.
In late 2022, after experiencing debilitating stomach aches, excessive bloating, weight gain and exhaustion, I said to my husband, “something isn’t right.” I had been slowly shifting our family toward a more holistic lifestyle; looking at the root causes verses focusing on symptoms, so instead of going to the doctor, I hired an NTP. Put simply, that decision changed me from the inside out.
It was through my own journey that I recognized how little we know about personal health and the things we do daily that impact it. A large majority of our struggles are coming from what we eat (and don’t!) Our bodies were designed in need of certain nutrients for optimal functioning, but the truth is only a fraction of us get them. Over time, nutritional gaps lead to systemic challenges in the body. Food seems simple, but given the confusion about what is “good” for us, the issue is increasingly complex.
I started Whole Being Collective because I want to share what I have learned as an NTP and draw from what I believe, to change the way you show up in your life. You deserve to live each day with vigor and purpose, emboldened for the life God created you to live. My hope is that I can walk along side you for a while to help you get there.
